Commercial roof cleaning across Teesside

Big roof areas, north-facing elevations and tree-lined industrial estates all give moss and lichen exactly what they want. On commercial buildings the problem compounds quietly: moss washes into valleys, box gutters and outlets, and the first you know about it is water coming in. A planned clean is far cheaper than reactive repairs.

We clean most commercial roofs with a rotary disc at governed low pressure, angled down the pitch, with a heat box for hot water where the job needs it. Older or fragile coverings are scraped by hand instead. Every roof is finished with a biocide treatment that carries a 12-month regrowth guarantee.

Roof work on commercial buildings usually means access costs before the cleaning even starts. We own our cherry picker, so there's no scaffold hire and no waiting on another contractor. Our operators are MEWP-qualified and we assess the access requirements for each job before quoting.

We plan roof cleans around how your building is used: entrances kept clear, work sectioned so operations carry on, and everything agreed with you before we start. For tenanted or customer-facing buildings, that planning matters as much as the clean itself.

Commercial roofs vary too much for guesswork. We visit, assess the covering, pitch, access and drainage, and give you a free, no-obligation quote before anything is agreed.

Looking at the bigger picture? Our commercial exterior cleaning page covers how we work with businesses, and many sites combine services in one visit: commercial pressure washing, commercial roof cleaning, commercial gutter cleaning, cherry picker hire with operator and maintenance contracts.
