Bigger properties, bigger jobs
Yarm has some of the larger detached homes on our patch, often with steeper, more complex roof lines and taller elevations than a typical semi. That extra height and roof area changes how a job is approached: a bigger roof takes longer to clean and treat properly, and taller gable ends or upper-storey windows are often better reached with our own cherry picker than a ladder or tower.
Driveways and grounds
Longer, wider driveways are common on Yarm's larger plots. Block paving and Indian stone patios both feature heavily on these properties, and both benefit from a proper clean rather than a quick blast with a hose.

Established trees and hedging
Yarm's larger, older gardens often come with mature trees and long-established hedging, which drop a good deal of leaf litter into gutters come autumn. It's one of the reasons gutters on the bigger properties here need regular clearing rather than a one-off visit.
